ALPHA’s Slip Ring collectors are suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase and 25 amps load. They are widely used for clariflocculator/ Clarifier applications in waste/water treatment plants besides other areas.

ALPHA’s Slip Rings collectors are made of trouble free functioning. This is evident from the care that goes into its manufacturing. Bakelite is the material that’s used for the part that isolates the adjacent rings from the body and rings. While Gunmetal is used for current carrying rings; to ensure resistance to wear and tear, the other parts like base, flange etc. are made of Cast Iron.

Another important feature of the ALPHA’s Slip Ring assembly is that the base plate is a fixed part while the adopter (flange) is a moveable part which can be made as per your requirements. Besides the 1” diameter holes with conduit threading are provided on the base plate and moveable flange for incoming and outgoing cables entry. And, of course, all live parts are covered with MS/CI doom for safety.

 The Slip Rings are available in different standards versions in terms of number of rings, viz 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14 and 16 rings and more also to connect moving loads from a stationary supply point. In fact, special unit can also be custom made for specific needs.
